Plumtre, G. Pinsent; … The school Attendance Committee was elected as follows: … (includes) … H. Pinsent (Bovey Tracey), and the Rev. T. Hale (Ilsington). The two last named, are new members, and fill the vacancies created by the death of Mr. Buller, of Bovey, and the retirement of Mr. Ellis of Chudleigh.
