THE EDUCATION OF THE LABOURING CLASSES: On Wednesday, the Rev. J. M. Hawker, of Ideford, read an interesting paper on the question of the “Education of the Labouring Classes,” before the members of the Devon Central Chamber of Agriculture, at the Town Hall, Newton Abbot.
