PURSUANT to the Statute 22 and 23 Victoria, cap. 35, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all Creditors and other persons having any Claims or Demands against the Estate of SAVERY PINSENT, late of Kingsteignton, in Devon, Gentleman, Deceased (who died on the 18th day of May, 1886, and whose Will was, on the 5th day of July, 1886, duly proved the District Registry at Exeter of the High Court of Justice, Probate Division, by Thomas Horton, of No. 3, Tamar-terrace, Stoke Damerel. Devon, Draper, the Executor named in the said Will), are hereby required to send in their Claims to us, the undersigned Solicitors for the said Executor, on or before the 21st day of September next, after which date the said Executor will proceed to distribute the Assets of the said Testator amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the Claims and Demands of which the said Executor shall then have had notice, and that will not be liable for the Assets of the said Testator, or any part thereof, to any person of whose Debt, Claim, or Demand he shall not then have had notice: Dated this 31st day of July, 18S6: FRANCIS, BAKER, & WATTS, Newton Abbot, Devon, Solicitors for the said Executor.
