Birmingham Assizes: Cycle Company’s Action: Unsuccessful Claim for £475: IN the Crown Court of the Birmingham Assizes today, before Mr. Justice Hamilton the New Hudson Cycle Company Limited, Birmingham, brought an action against Bennett and Wood Ltd. Factors, carrying on business at Coventry and Sydney Australia, to recover £475, balance due for goods delivered. Mr. Acland, K.C., and Mr. Joy (instructed by Mr. Sherwin) represented the plaintiff company while Mr. L. Batten, K.C. and Mr. Maddocks (instructed by Messrs.
