Sanitary Matters: The Sanitary Committee recommended that the Clerk be instructed to take the necessary steps to obtain closing orders in respect of No. 1 house 11 Court, East Street, and No. 10, 10 Court, Wolborough Street under the Housing of the Working Classes Act, 1890. The Medical Officer having reported the erection of a certain building at 50 Osborne Street, without the approval of the Council the committee recommended that the owner of the said premises be called upon to remove the same.
