Newton Abbot Peace Committee: A meeting of this committee, which, it will be remembered, was formed many months ago, was held on Friday last, when Mr. W. S. Pinsent presided. It was convened as a result of the restoration of peace, and there was a good number present. … (continues) … The Chairman said there was also a small balance on the Mafeking Relief fund.
