The catalogue comprised about 80 fat and store sheep, 70 head of cattle, and several pens of pigs. Fat ewes from Mr. Pinsent, Scrope Farm, made 45s. 6d to 48s; from Mr. Young, Herridge, 54s; ditto tegs, out of the wool, from Mr. A. Kerr, 52s. 6d to 53s 6d: small store tegs, from Mr. Davis, made 36s. 6d. and some with lambs 55s.
