Tubeless Pneumatic Tyre Co.: The Dunlop Pneumatic Tyre Co. versus Dunlop. This action, which was one to restrain Mr. Dunlop from parting with his interest in the Fleuss and Smallman Patents to the Tubeless Pneumatic Tyre Co., and which was appealed to the House of Lords, has been abandoned by the Pneumatic Tyre Co., who have also signified their intention to withdraw the action altogether. Official information of this was given to the Tubeless Pneumatic Tyre Co. by Messrs. Smith, Pinsent, and Co., of Bennett’s Hill, solicitors for the defendant.
