The subscribers are: — R. Pinsent, 6, Bennett’s Hill, Birmingham, and H. C. Chambers, Kerri, Blakesley Road, Yardley, Birmingham. Private company. The number of directors not to less than two nor more than seven: the first arc H. Smith. J. K. Starley and E. Wilson. No qualification necessary.
