A. R. Dean (Limited): July 6 was the date fixed by Mr. Justice Kekewich for the completion of the purchase of the above business, and the deeds of the various properties were on Monday handed over to Mr. A. R. Dean, as per the order of the Court. The figures, amounting to £59,692 1s 11d, were agreed upon and adjusted by the various valuers and the money paid into Court accordingly. Messrs. Pinsent and Co., who are acting on behalf of the first debenture holders, will at once make an application to the Court for the first debenture holders to receive their money forthwith.
