Interesting to the Cycle Trade: At Birmingham County Court, Hyman Frankenburg, of 160 and 162, Stretford Road, Manchester and 338, Upper Street, Islington London, india rubber goods and cycle accessories merchant, sought to recover from Thomas Smith and Sons, of Saltley (Limited), cycle manufacturers, the sum of £14 5s for money paid to the defendants on October 3, 1895, as to which there had been a a failure of consideration.
