Committee on Mental Deficiency: In the House of Commons on 21st February the Duchess of Atholl, in stating the personnel of the Committee on Mental Deficiency, set up by the Board of Education, announced that the members included Mrs. Pinsent, C.B.E., Miss Evelyn Fox, and Miss Redfern.
