New Rapid Cycle Company: Owing to the continued depression in trade, the efforts of the liquidator in conducting the business, with a view to reconstruction or beneficial sale, have failed, and the debenture-holders have intervened, and appointed Mr. E. V. Sharp, Birmingham, chartered accountant, receiver. Messrs. Pinsent and Co. are the solicitors in the matter.
