Mrs. Anna Janette Thornley: Deceased: Pursuant to the Statue 22 and 23 Vict. Cap. 35, Notice is hereby given that all persons have any claim against the estate of Anna Janette Thornley, late of 37 and 38 Queen’s Gardens, near Kensington Gardens, in the County of Middlesex, formerly of Fairplace, Seaside Road, Eastbourne in the County of Sussex, and recently of Brighton and Cheltenham, Widow (who died on the 6th day of June 1896, and whose will was proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty’s High Court of Justice on the 28th day of September 1896, by Arthurs Perks Thornley, the sole Executor thereof) are hereby requested to send written particulars of such claims to the undersigned solicitors for the said executors of the deceased, on or before the 30th day of November 1896, after which date the said executor will distribute the assets of the deceased having regard only to the claims of which he shall then have received notice: Dated this 12th day of October, 1896: Smith, Pinsent and Co., 6 Bennett’s Hill, Birmingham, Solicitors for the said Executor.
