Sale of Building and Accommodation Lands, Filton, Bear Bristol: Geo. Nichols, Smith & Alder are instructed b the trustees of the will of the late Thomas Proctor, Esq., to sell by auction, at their saleroom, 49, Broad Street, Bristol, tomorrow (Thursday), February 10th, at half past two in the afternoon precisely, the following very valuable freehold building and accommodation lands: Lot 1, a piece of the most eligible building land containing 1a 0r 24p (more or less) situated adjoining Filton Railway Station … Lot 2. All those two pieces of very valuable pasture (late arable) land containing 42a 0r 33p (more or less) lying entirely in a ring fence situated near the before mentioned station … Plans, particulars and conditions of sale may be obtained from the auctioneers, 49 Broad Street, Bristol, of Cyril and C.
