Tramway Company’s Action Against a Contractor: Today’s Hearing: Hearing was resumed at the Birmingham Assizes this morning before Mr. Justice Lawrence, of the action in which the Birmingham Tramways Company sued George Law, Comberton Hall, Kidderminster, for damage and negligence. Mr. L. Batten K.C., and Mr. H. Maddocks (instructed by Messrs. Pinsent and Co.) appeared for the plaintiffs and Mr. Hugo Young, K.C., and Mr. Shakespeare (instructed by Messrs.
