Birmingham County Court: … in re. Edward T. Oxborrow, of Victoria Terrace, Hockley, corn dealer. Application for discharge. Debts, £400; assets, nil. Mr. Brice appeared for the bankrupt and Mr. Pensent for the petitioning creditors. The matter came before Mr. Registrar Cole a few days ago and was adjourned before the judge. It will be remembered that the whole of the debts were due to the liquidators of two insolvent companies which the bankrupt took shares when he was a boy of 16. — His Honour granted the bankrupt his discharge subject to his paying the cost of the bankruptcy.
