The Showell Case: Magisterial Hearing Ended: Accused Committed to the Assizes: Though the more important evidence in the case was tendered at the magisterial hearing on Wednesday last, there was again a large attendance at the Victoria Courts today, when Charles Showell and Federick Richards were once more arraigned on charges of fabrication of stock sheets and balance sheets belonging to the Showell Brewery Company Limited, with the intent to defraud the shareholders.
