Interesting Share Transaction: At the Birmingham Assizes yesterday afternoon Henry Webster, Stony Stanton Road Coventry, brought an action against Messrs. H. B. Barnett and Son, stockbrokers, Birmingham, to recover £244 9s 6d, amount paid for 180 shares in the Concentric Tube Company, which the plaintiff alleged were not delivered according to contract. Mr. Charteris (instructed by Mr. white, London) was for the plaintiff, and Mr. Lawrence, Q.C. and Mr. Cracroft (instructed by Messrs. Pinsent and Co.
