The adjourned annual meeting of the Birmingham and Midlands Institute was held yesterday, Mr. C. B. Bragg presiding, when the following gentlemen were declared elected on the Council: The Very Rev. Canon Greaney, Dr. Showell Rogers, Councillor Charles Green, Councillor A. Godlee; Messrs. G. H. Twigg, T. Stacey Wilson, S. Leintner, C. A. Harrison, W. W. Butler, H. C. Pinsent, and C. B. Bragg.
