Aston Board of Guardians: Presentation to the Rev. E. H. Kittoe: At the meeting of this Board, held yesterday, at the Workhouse, Gravelly Hill – under the presidency of the Rev. E. H. Kittoe – a testimonial was presented to the chairman on his retirement from membership, in recognition of his seven years’ service. There was a large attendance of members, and Messrs. J. B. Stone and T. Ryland were present as ex-officio members. … Mr. T. Brawn, in making the presentation as chairman of the testimonial fund, read letters from Messrs. T. Cattell, H. May, J. Yates, Pinsent and others apologising for non-attendance.
