Birmingham County Court: Yesterday: Before His Honour Judge Chalmers: Claim by a Commercial Traveller: John Algernon Smith, metal dealer’s manager, Winson Green, brought an action against Joshua Stubbs and Co. (Limited), metal rollers, Vauxhall, to recover £34 4s commission, balance of wages etc, and the defendants issued a counter claim for £50, damages alleged to have been sustained by the plaintiff leaving without giving proper notice.
