Before Mr. Registrar Cole: In re. Edwin Boraston and John Goodman (trading in co-partnership under the style or firm of Boraston and Goodman): The debtors described as builders and contractors, both of Station Road, Harborne, in the County of Stafford, filed their petitions for liquidation with liabilities estimated at £2,000, and assets not yet ascertained. Upon the application of Messrs. Barlow, Smith, and Pinsent, of 39 Waterloo Street, solicitors for the debtors, the Registrar appointed Mr. L. J. Sharp (Messrs. L. J. and E. M. Sharp), of 120 Colmore Row, chartered accountant, receiver, and manager of the estate.
