Birmingham Daily Post: Thursday 26th April 1888

In the matter of the Companies Acts, 1862 and 1867, and in the matter of the Birmingham Liberal Club Building Company (Limited): The creditors of the above named company are required, on or before the 1st day of June 1888 to send their names and addresses and the particulars or their debts or claims (if any) to the undersigned solicitors for the liquidator of the said Company, whose address is 39 Waterloo Street Birmingham, in the County of Warwick, and if so required by notice in writing from the said liquidator to prove their debts or claims at such time as shall be specified in such notice; or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved: Dated this 20th day of April: Barlow, Smith and Pinsent, 39 Waterloo street Birmingham.
