Disputed Right to a Watercourse: Mansell v. Kynoch: Thomas Henry Mansell, architect of Colmore Row, sued Messrs. G. Kynoch and Co. (Limited) of the Kon Ammunition Works, Witton, to recover damages and obtain an injunction in respect of an alleged trespass admitted by the defendant company.
