Birmingham County Court: Yesterday: Before Mr. Registrar Edwin Parry: In re. Walter Spurrier: The debtor, described as an electro-plate manufacturer, of the Empire Works, No. 2, Hall Street, Birmingham, and residing at No. 149, Hall Road, Handsworth, has filed his petition for liquidation, with liabilities estimated at £3,000 and assets not yet ascertained: Upon the application of Messrs. Barlow, Smith, and Pinsent, solicitors for the debtor, the Registrar appointed Mr. W. N. Fisher, of Waterloo Street, chartered accountant, receiver and manager of the estate.
