Anne Chesshire: Deceased: Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Vict., chap. 35: Notice is hereby given, that all Persons having any Claims against the Estate of ANNE CHESSIIRE late of 196. Hagley Road, Edgbaston, in the city of Birmingham, Widow (who died on the 23rd day of June, 1890, and whose Will was proved in the Birmingham District Registry of the Probate Division of her Majesty’s High Court of Justice On the 6th day of August, 1890, by William Massey Gough and Sarah Elizabeth Chesshire (the Executors therein named), are hereby required to SEND written Particulars of such Claims to the undersigned, Solicitors for the said Executors of the Deceased, on or before the 10th day of September, 1890; after which date the said Executors will distribute the Assets of  the Deceased having regard only to the Claims of which they shall then have received notice: This 6th day of August 1890. SMITH, PINSENT, & CO., 39, Waterloo Street, Birmingham, Solicitors for the said Executors.
