Notice: The Bankruptcy Act, 1869: In the County Court of Warwickshire, holden at Birmingham, in the Matter of a special resolution, for liquidation by arrangement of the affairs of Edward Davies of 167 Watery Lane, Birmingham, in the county of Warwick, builder and contractor trading as “Davies Brothers”. The creditors of the above-named Edward Davies who have not already proved their debts are required on or before the 18th day of February 1880 to send their names and addresses and the particulars of their debts or claims to the undersigned.
