Thomas Osborn Deceased: Pursuant to the Stature 22 and 23 Vic. Cap. 35. Notice is hereby given that all persons having any claims against the estate of Thomas Osborn, late of Portland Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, in the count of Warwick, Gentleman who died on the 24th day of August 1885, and whose will was proved in the Birmingham District Registry of the Probate Division of the High Court of Justice on the 7th day of December 1885, by Frank Barlow Osborn, the surviving Executor therein named, are hereby required to send written particulars of such claims to the undersigned solicitors for the said Executors of the deceased on or before the 13th day of May 1886, after which date the said executors will distribute the assets of the deceased, having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have received notice: Dated the 31st day of March 1886: Barlow, Smith and Pinsent, 39, Waterloo Street, Birmingham, Solicitors for the said Executors.
