Future of the University: … … To fill vacancies caused by the deaths of Lord Ilkeston, Sir Richard Cooper, Bart., Mr. Henry Follett Osler, and Mr. Arthur Chamberlain, and by the resignation of Mr. Robert Heath, the following were elected as life governors: Alderman William Henry Bowater, Mr. John Chamberlain, Sir Richard Ashmole Cooper, Bart., M.P. Mr. Hugh Morton and Miss Jessie Follet Osler. Mr. Hume Chancellor Pinsent, Mr. William Waters Butler, Mrs. Rachel Anna King, and Mr. Kenneth Alan Macaulay were appointed members of the Council of the University.
