Birmingham Director and an Order for Fuses: Libel Action at the Assizes: At the Birmingham Assizes today, before Mr. Justice Bailhache and a special jury, William Ehrhardt, Limited. Time Works, Barr Street, claimed injunction and damages for libel from Edwin Showell and Sons, Ltd., Stirchley Brass Foundry, Stirchley, and Mr. C. Phipson Showcll, director. Mr. Hollis Walker, K.C., and Mr. E. W. Cave (instructed by Messrs. Pinsent and Co.) appeared for the plaintiffs, and Mr. Wills (instructed Mr. Newey) for the defendants.
