Siviter Smith: We regret to record the death of Mr. Thomas Siviter Smith, who for many years had practised in the city as a solicitor. The deceased, who was 55 years of age, was a member of the well-known firm of Messrs. Barwell, Smith and Pinsent of Waterloo Street. Some 12 months ago the deceased gentleman suffered from a serious illness. But he recovered and his death yesterday at his residence 265 Hagley Road, occurred very unexpectedly.
