Barnabas Chesshire Deceased: Pursuant to the Stature 22 and 23 Victoria, cap. 35, Notice is hereby given that all persons having any Claims against the Estate of Barnabas Chesshire, late of 162 Hagley Road, Edgbaston in the city of Birmingham Solicitor (who died 9th day of June 1892 and whose Will and Codicils were proved in the Birmingham District Registry of the Probate Division of her Majesty’s High Court of Justice on the 7th Day of July 1892, by the Rev. James Lamb Chesshire and Richard Alfred Pinsent, two of the Executors therein named) are hereby required to send written particulars of such claims to the undersigned solicitors for the said executors of the deceased, on or before the 30th day of September 1892, after which date the said executors will distribute the assets of the deceased having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have received notice.
