Horatio George Horsley, residing at 9 Newton Street, Birmingham,; Hubert Joseph Horsley, residing at South Yardley, Acock’s Green; and Alfred Howard Horsley, residing at 2 Lorne Villas, Westminster Road, Birchfield, and all of 9 Newton Street, and Duke Street and Lawrence Street and of Bartholomew Street and the Priory, all in Birmingham, builders and contractors, trading in co-partnership under the style of firm of Horlsey Brothers, have filed their petition for liquidation, with liabilities estimated at £21,000 and assets not yet ascertained. Upon the application of Messrs. Barlow, Smith, and Pinsent, of 39 Waterloo Street, solicitors for the debtors, the Registrar appointed Mr. Charles Baker, of 7 Waterloo Street, public accountant, receiver and manager of the estate and granted an interim injunction to restrain proceedings by creditors.
