Pinsent and Co. of Plymouth. I owed them £30, and Mr. Lambert was aware of that at the time he agreed to advance me the money. When I gave him the bill of sale, I told him that Messrs. Pinsent were suing me for the money: Cross-examined by Mr. Huggins: – Messrs. Pinsent’s bill was for drapery goods.
