Auctions: Ware Barton, Kingsteignton, clearance sale: Rendell and Symons have been instructed by Mr. Gilbert Pinsent who quits this farm at Michaelmas next, to sell by auction, on the premises, on Saturday, September 24th, 1887, cow and calf, three cows in full milk, grazing cow, two fat pigs, eight ricks of clover and land hay, five acres potatoes, a good collection of implements, hard and faggot wood, reed, and household furniture.
