This would be exclusive of the washhouse, or the purchase or rent of the ground. The annual cost and expenditure is estimated at about £100. A site suggested in Kingsteington road, the property of Mr. J. B. Pinsent, is found to be unobtainable. Another site adjoining the Bark Mill, and near the Kingsteington road could possibly be obtained at a rental of £25 per annum.
