Bovey Tracey: South Devon. RENDELL and SYMONS have been instructed by Mr. W. Pinsent, the owner, to offer for SALE by Auction, at the Union Hotel, Bovey Tracey, on TUESDAY, August 31st, 1886, 5 p.m. punctually, all those FREEHOLD DWELLING HOUSES and GARDEN, situate near the Railway Station Road, and close to the Dolphin Hotel, in the occupation of Messrs. Joseph Steer, Thomas Skinner, and John Edgworthy, at net rental of £16 5s per annum. Each house contains 4 rooms, and all are covered with slate. The property has a frontage of about 195 feet in length by 30 feet in width, 114 feet of the length being garden ground and on which cottages may be built; a stream of water runs in front of the property and another at the rear. Application to view should be made to the respective tenant; further particulars may be obtained from the Auctioneers, at Newton Abbot and Totnes, or from F.
