Mr. R. B. Martin at Newton Abbot: A largely attended meeting in support of the candidature of Mr. R. B. Martin, the Unionist candidate for the Mid-Devon Division, was held in the Vegetable Market, Newton Abbot last evening. The proceedings were of the most noisy and disorderly character.
