Birmingham Daily Post: Thursday 24th June 1886

Solomon Simkins, Deceased: Pursuant to the Stature 22 and 23 Vic. Cap. 35. Notice is hereby given that all persons having any claims against the estate of Solomon Simkins, late of Gosta Green Birmingham, in the County of Warwick, Haulier (?) (who died on the 16th day of June 1885, and whose will was proved in the Birmingham District Registry of the Probate Division of the High Court of Justice on the 24th day of August 1885, by James Parker and David Cornish, the Executors therein named) are hereby required to send written particulars of such claims to the undersigned solicitors for the said Executors of the deceased on or before the 31th day of July 1886, after which date the said executors will distribute the assets of the deceased, having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have received notice: Dated the 23rd day of June 1886: Barlow, Smith and Pinsent, 39, Waterloo Street, Birmingham, Solicitors for the said Executors.
