Failure of Smethwick Corn Factors: This (Monday) morning, the adjourned public examination of Messrs. John and William Gray, former trading in co-partnership Smethwick, as millers and corn factors, was held the Oldbury County Court, before Mr. G. S. Watson, registrar. Mr. Pinsent, of Birmingham, appeared on behalf of the trustee (Mr. E. M. Sharpe), Mr. Woolletts for the Official Receiver, and Mr. W. Shakespeare for the debtors.
