Bankruptcy: Mr. Registrar Cole made a receiving order in the matter of Edward Thomas Oxborrow, of No. 1 Victoria Terrace, Hockley, Birmingham, corn dealer. Messrs. Barlow, Smith and Pinsent, of 39 Waterloo Street, are the solicitors in the proceedings. The public examination of the debtor was fixed for 9th June, the debtor was also adjudicated bankrupt.
