Petty Sessions: Tuesday: Before Captain Cornish-Bowden, J. Vicary, Esq., Admiral Wise, Dr. Atkinson, G. B. Ellacombe, Esq., C. J. Wade, Esq., J.G. J. Templer, Esq., and D. R. Scratton, Esq.: Licences: John Luscombe, of the Victoria Inn, Ashburton, for whom Mr. Creed appeared, had his license renewed after a caution as to his future conduct, an offence committed in November of last year being recorded against him. Mr. Pinsent, brewer, and spirit merchant of this town was granted a six days’ license. …
