The Borough Nomination: The nomination of candidates to represent the borough in Parliament during the ensuing session takes place today (Saturday) at the Audit House, at 12 o’clock at noon. We understand that the Right Hon. Russell Gurney will be nominated by Mr. Geo. Dunlop, J.P., and Mr. J. R. Stebbing; J. P. Capt. Engledue will be nominated by Capt. Black and Mr. Chas. Day J.P. The eight names to be appended as assenting to the nomination of both candidates will be those of Ald. Lamb, J.P., Mr. E. K. Corke, Superintendent of the London and Southwestern Railway Company’s Steam packet Department, Mr. H. J. Pinsent, Mr. R. Parker, Mr. A. McCalmont, Ald. Furer, J. P. Mr. J. Bowers, and Mr. Edwards Charles Bull. The polling takes place on Wednesday.
