Auction Tomorrow: Greenhill Kingsteignto: Mr. R.W. Best, instructed by the executors of the late T. Pinsent, Esquire, will sell by auction on Thursday, July 10th, and followings days the excellent and well made household furniture in great variety, portably w.c. in mahogany, wardrobes, Brussels and Kidderminster carpets, hearth rugs wool mats, superior feather beds, bolsters and pillows, blankets and counterpanes, japanned shower, hip and sponge bath, brilliant plate chimney glasses, ornamental iron fenders, steel fire sets, oil paintings and engravings 300 volumes of books, mounted telescope, cabinet piano in rosewood case (by …) stuffed birds in cases and under shades, oriental china, richly cut table glass, handsome gold and enamelled dinner and dessert sets, timepiece, eight day clock in case, silver plate and electro-plated goods, patent mangle and washing machine, garden and summer house seats and table, garden vases and pedestals, greenhouse and hothouse plants in great variety, garden tools, seakale and flower pots garden frames and sashes, engine and hose, roller, carpenter’s bench and tools, ladders, several bound volumes of the Morning Chronicle and large pile of newspapers and periodicals, corn tin stoves, a four wheeled covered car, with lamps, cushions, drag and fittings complete, and numerous useful items. Catalogues may be had of the Auctioneer, Queen Street Road, Exeter, or of Mr. Prowse, Queen Street, Newton Abbot, on and after Monday, July 7th, on view on the morning of sale after nine o’clock; sale each day at twelve o’clock.
