D. Greene, K.C., Mr. W. H. Dickinson, M.P., Mrs. Pinsent, Dr. Needham, Mr. Chadwyck-Healey, K.C., Dr. Dunlop, the Rev. H. Burden, and Mr. Mothersole, secretary. Evidence was given by Dr. C. E. Liesching, chairman of the Lunacy Committee of the Tiverton Town Council, and others. …
