Mr. James Stooke will offer for sale by public auction at the “Country House Hotel,” Ellacombe, Torquay, aforesaid, on Tuesday October 24th, 1899, at 4 pm. All those two pleasantly situated leasehold dwelling houses with gardens and appurtenances thereto belonging, known as Nos. 3 and 4 Rosemont, situate at the Higher End of Market Street, Torquay, and now in the respective occupations of Messrs. Pinsent and Martin as monthly tenants. It is held on lease for a term of 99 years from September 29th, 1865, at the annual Ground Rent of £2 10s 0d. For viewing, apply to the respective tenants and for further particulars to the auctioneer, at this land Surveying Offices, Newton Abbot; or to Messrs. Hacker and Michelmore, Solicitors, Newton Abbot: Dated Newton Abbot, October 3rd, 1899.
