Highweek Parochial Committee: Mr. W. S. Pinsent presided at the monthly meeting last evening. Mr. Wright brought up the question with regard to the complaint by the Local Government Board as to the drainage of the district. He thought that Mr. Segar (inspector) should have brought the whole thing before them. He was not in the habit of speaking behind a man’s back, but still something further might be said about the matter. Mr. A. B.
