A Well-known Brewer’s will: The late Mr. H. C. Fulford, whose will has just been proved contains a codicil by the sum of £3,000 is placed at the disposal of the executors for division among such charities and public institutions of the city of Birmingham as the executors in their discretion select. The pecuniary legacies to collateral relations, the bulk of Mr. Fulford’s fortune is left to Mrs. Fulford, and Mr. Pinsent, upon thrust for the benefit of Mrs. Fulford and her family.
