The Dunlop Pneumatic Tyre Company v. Dunlop: This action, which was one to restrain Mr. Dunlop from parting with his interest in the Fleuss and Smallman Patents to the Tubeless Pneumatic Tyre Company, and which was appealed to the House of Lords, has been abandoned by the Pneumatic Tyre Company, who have also signified their intention to withdraw the action altogether: Official information of this was given to the Tubeless Pneumatic Tyre Company, by Messrs. Smith, Pinsent, and Co., of Bennett’s Hill, solicitors for the defendant.
